INSPECTION & GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT

Once the offer is accepted, the real work begins. We’ll kick off the inspection period to ensure everything is in order, and you’ll submit an earnest deposit to show your commitment.

LOAN APPLICATION & TITLE SEARCH

While your loan application is being processed and the appraisal is ordered, the title search will confirm that the seller has the clear right to sell the property. This step ensures there are no surprises down the road.

SATISFYING CONTINGENCIES

As we move forward, any contingencies – like inspection repairs or appraisal conditions – will be addressed. Once everything is in place, we’ll drop these contingencies and move closer to closing.
